I think the blued hands might work well, but have red accents to contrast in other parts of the watch...
...for example, the markings of the power reserve, or maybe, the power reserve hand. If they could colour the tourbillon escapement wheel red to match could work. Black hands would be a bit strong, bold for me. Sort of similar to how they did the Quantiem

I think it was some sort of boutique edition...
...and I don't think it's still made. While the multi-pattern guilloché dial on the 5705 is fantastic, the grand feu enamel treatment completely alters the character of the watch, making the extremely complex dial more legible to my eyes. Now if only the
